ceo also mentioned that the cfos he is talking to want to spend bucks but until they see further ahead money will be tied up. He was confident of spending coming back , just not sure when.

... corporate jawboning about interest rates, tax cuts and nuclear power could be viewed as Scotty taking his eye off the ball (and a negative habit he might have learned from his buddy Larry Ellison - the true master of that form).

I look forward to the day when Scotty can be my hero again - he sure as hell is not right now.
