Challo,

Those CLASS 1 BUY signals responded timely on MONDAY and fullfilled the minimum requirement. Then the news came out on TUE, which reversed the rally that started on MON. Depending on the intensity of the news, it can over-ride the technicals.

But those signals were never negated.
