Sharpe Resources Corporation : Announcement biz.yahoo.com How's this - Sharpe elected to sell 100% of its interest in the Matagorda offshore project to Vamos Oil & Gas, L.L.C. for US$3.925 million in cash and delayed payments of US$200,000 for a total of US$4.15 million for the project. The transaction closed on March 21, 2001. The proceeds of this sale will be applied to eliminate all debt with the balance of approximately US$1 million to be used as working capital.
