Mr. Greenspan: I did well last year. My investments were good!!!! I owe taxes. Because you are behind on the curve, I don't have any money to pay them with. The IRS will take my IOU. We'll lose our home, but the IRS will get their money. I was wondering, since you're so damn good with interest rates >>>>>>>> do you know what rates the IRS charges? Thanks for any help. R21
