you make a good point.

however, a "panic" is normally needed for the tide to turn. Also, P/E's are still very high when you take into effect the reduced earnigs forecast - we might need to get down to an average P/E of 15 before this is over. It is after all, all about making money. The FED acts on old data and a tax cut won't do much in terms of increasing cash to investors.
