EVERYONE is riding the real estate train to riches! CHOO CHOO All Aboard! Pardon me boy, is this train station for sale? I'm just pissed because housing prices have escalated and I didn't get in pre-1997. I scrimped, saved, clipped coupons, didn't dry clean my suits and sold my ostrich farm at a loss to build up a good downpayment only to find housing prices increased 65% in my neighborhood. I know that prices are going to drop again, but I'm impatient. This country has a vested interest in keeping up housing prices, just like this country had a vested interest in keeping up Nasdaq prices <s>.
