Vishay and the Israeli project..... I don't know how to interpret this news. Going through with this would add to their growth tremendously. But at the moment caution is the word. If the Israeli's go for the higher number Vishay has a heck of a deal.

The second part of the equation is the absorption of SILI. How much this will help I don't know.

Vishay is without a doubt a company on the move. The acquisition of General Semiconductor should be well rec ieved by the investment community. If the price of CSCO keeps falling...........all kinds of things are possible. I think that 100 shares of CSCO for one share of VSH would be about right, when you consider the earnings potential of each class of shares.<g>
