Bill, I suggest that you put your sunglasses on and watch, at least until the end of next week. If Japan doesn't implode, we might be okay for a while yet. Is all that cash you've been sitting on finally burning a hole in your pocket?

One thing that might turn out different from 1998 is that Japan, which helped get the SCYR to 1.5 by nearly imploding, might actually do so this time. That year they were drifting towards it, this year they are running at it headlong.

I look at the global economy as a three legged stool. If Japan's leg breaks, the rest of the world will tumble to the floor. At least I think so, so BWDIK.
