yes, but i'm not so certain from where it will start. as mentioned before, the march 23 cycle low needs to be confirmed by a failure to make lower lows come Monday. in that case i'd expect the counter trend rally to take place into April 6/9. if whatever low we see on the 23rd is violated, i'd expect the April 6/9 period to be the low. i think this is still all part of a wave 3 in the broader indices, and as such it is tricky to time bounces within it. i'd like to see some fear...all i see so far is mild concern.
