I can see us all in old peoples homes sitting in wheel chairs and saying to the attending staff, I REALLY THINK THIS IS THE BOTTOM, I'M SURE OF IT THIS TIME LOOK AT MY CHART IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME, and than they look at our chart and all they see is our daily bowel movements, shake their heads and walk away.
