Part of it is power generators shutting down due to inability to purchase NG to generate the electricity they have been giving away.

NG still above $5 despite the report. Looks like there is plenty of buying interest but, then again, what choice do the reservoir owners have when everyone knows their stocks are running on empty?

There is snow in the Detroit forecast this weekend.

The EPNG pipeline to California is partially shut down again for unplanned maintenance. It was only good for a $.58 rise in SoCal spot prices, probably due to all the power turbines being shut down.

Next week's number should be interesting.

Selling some old favorites from last winter to buy some ridiculously oversold tech stocks. There are some techs out there that have both forward and trailing PE's below the producers forward PE's, and have huge short positions to boot. Even after discounting for the economic slowdown they are still great deals. Works for me!
