Dow clowns don't have any sort of valuation leg to stand on either. The only valid argument they can make for up is that there is a lot of liquidity seeking inflation BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA, they better seek elsewhere

I guess they wanted to participate in both collapses.

It's funny until you remember that it was all the mutual funds that piled into all those rust buckets. Lots of 401K and IRA money going to heaven. So much for the safety in index funds.

Just three months ago I was having dinner with friends and we were discussing how much money people lost in NASDAQ stocks. Their attitude was, well it serves them right since they put their money in such risky stuff. Then the wife turns to the husband and asks where their money was. He says, "Don't worry, it's safe. We have it in S&P index funds and mutual funds that invest in big Dow stocks." They were quite smug about it. I'm sitting there thinking to myself, do I really want to ruin this dinner? I didn't say anything. My experience with telling people these kinds of things is that they won't believe you, they won't do what you tell them.....but they will blame you for having predicted it, as if you caused it.
