that the IFX execs who have given depositions either attended (or received) the presentations in 1992 in which they discussed ways to use RMBS IP w/o having to pay for it. Reference from the court transcripts, fredhager.com

pages 11, 12 and 13.

And yet in their depositions, they denied having any knowledge of RDRAM technology in 1992!

See page 12:"The people that we deposed on this list, Dr. Horninger, he didn't remember anything about anything basically...none of this came out through Dr. Horninger.

Dr. Harder, none of it came out. Dr. Peisl, none of it came out."


Lying in depositions (or at best, selective memory)...only a minor detail.
