More fun with numbers. I think we have to get to the same place as 1998 before its worth taking a significant stand. The absolute number changes with the change in the 10 year, so I am going to guess we don't hit 20% undervalued until the S&P is at 1000.

As far as sentiment, I have to believe it is way worse than in 1998, and confidence indices support this, don't they? I sure hope so.
