Dear Charles: So far, I believe that you are correct. The housing industry is HUGE and with lower rates likely to do even better. I think this too shall pass, just dont know exactly when. JDN

I haven't noticed any banks failing, have you? In fact, when I go to Best Buy, Home Depot, the mall, etc. they seem to be doing pretty brisk business. This is a crisis in sentiment, not fundamentals.

This is a crisis in the sense that not everyone can get out of the market at a good price and too many are trying to.

I wouldn't be surprised if we print Naz 999.xx this year and don't even go into a recession. The point is none of this matters because the exit game has started and won't stop until value is found. What happens to the economy is the aftermath and that's a mystery at this point.
