Hi Zeev Hed; Are you now willing to (again) officially state that Rambus is, in your opinion, going to win these cases and collect royalties on SDRAM and DDR?

Are you ready to admit that Rambus has been ready to claim royalties on SDRAM since 1992 (and started doing so once the patents were granted in 1999)?

How can I even attempt to make such a statement? Who knows what a jury will decide? And with lawyers yielding before they even go to trial, of course I can't. Nor can I say with certainty that they will not win. It seems that the Jedec defense has a lot of holes in it now, it assumes that Infineon and JEDEC were led astray by Rambus, but when reading these documents, it is clear that one of the tactics suggested by Meyer was to invite Rambus to Jedec in the hope of gaining free access to the technology. Not exactly fair play, particularly when there are no written documents about Proprietary IP at the time Rambus join, when they finally get to put these rules on paper, Rambus did the right thing and said, I am out of here, we don't like being robbed blind.
