While I was still farming a neighbor of mine's daughter was due for the first date. Tom insisted on meeting the young man before they left. Dude picks her up and down to the barn they go. Tom has a pen full of bull calves and he is castrating with the big crunchers if you know what I mean. Anyhow they introduce and he asks the kid when he is going to be home and reach's down and crunch's another one. Kid answers the question and Tom ask's another question and moves on to the next steer to be. You get the idea. When the kid's left Tom's wife picked herself off the floor in the corner and wiped the tears from her face and asked if Tom realized that he had probably mortified the kid for life. Tom didn't even realize how this probably looked to the kid but then realized why the kid had looked so white:)
