Carl,

Are you willing to officially state that Rambus, in your opinion was trying to hoodwink poor innocent Siemens who had no idea what Rambus were doing?

You have read

haven't you?

John

Hi Dave B; Are you willing to officially state that Rambus is, in your opinion, going to win these cases and collect royalties on SDRAM and DDR?

Nope, but then I've never made that statement before. You, on the other hand, have claimed that Rambus only went after SDRAM and DDR when RDRAM sales weren't as they had hoped. Clearly, the IBM guy chairing the JEDEC group said that Samsung had been approached in 1992 about SDRAM royalties.

So I guess you were wrong.
