Hey all.. you don't need a "utility" to do that.. I've done it for a couple of years with MS Word.

Record a macro doing the following:

1. Select all
2. Replace ^p with " " (just a space, no quotes) - use Replace All
3. Replace " " with " " (two spaces with 1 space) - use Replace All
4. do #3 10 more times (or write a loop if you really know macros)
5. Close the Replace
6. Select all
7. Cut (CNTL-X)

End the macro and put an icon on your Standard Toolbar that you connect to the macro.

When you want to copy something, just paste the paragraph into MS Word and hit the button. Then go to your target location and paste (CNTL-V)
