Sonki,

Cisco's problems (the stock) is its 7.5 billion outstandin shares. My target for CSCO is at around $14.5-$15/shr (it may go lower but at that price it is in my humble view way undervalued). I am not sure if Nasdaq will go to 1400, but high 1500, low 1600 is not reasonable.

I have a list of stocks to buy when the big-bang hapens by April 15th. The only problem is I have absolutely no cash left - And I mean no cash! I owe IRS a lot of money too for 2000 although my accountant has not yet informed me how much. And this is where it hurts that you see the buying opportunity of the century and simply can not do anything to participate. Oh -- well...
