Another 25%+ downside if they break 400. Seems likely in this environment and with their valuations.

Just saw your message. Guess we're on the same page. I may short the index if it breaks 400. But at these levels on the Nasdaq I'm somewhat reluctant to short anything big.

IMO if shorting is working one should continue to short until it no longer works. Pretty simple really.

Stops should be placed on the upside just so one doesn't become complacent. I am not short at the present time because I feel the risk reward is not there. Risk defined as 20% downside.

Put premiums are getting very costly one good sign for the market overall. Those option traders are a savy bunch.
