The bottom won't be reached until everyone stops looking for it.......but.... I have to try anyway. <g>

The DOW is fast approaching my 9300ish area, the SPX is now down to my second try bottoming area and the NDX is darn close to a 1500 floor we have been looking for for a loooong time with only the 1100 area left under it.

The ADX on all three indexes is in the bounce area and my March 26th cycle low is fast approaching. Heinz has the 23rd as his cycle turn date and I am not going to get picky over a couple days especially with a new moon over this weekend. ( Sell the full, buy the new).

Therefore I think we are extremely close to the buy in point for a bear rally. Why, heck if I know! The charts just say the time is fast approaching.

I am not saying to load the boat with longs but I would start scaling back/closing shorts here or at least have your stops a bit tighter or hedge them. Remember that I was looking for a market decline in 2000 starting in January and it didn't happen until March so I do make mistakes sometimes being very early just like my DOW to NASDAQ rotation. -NG- ( No Grin )

As I said before, I expect a pop, drop then rally scenario to play out. Some stocks are already setting the little false bases that were so evident in the stocks that pulled this pattern before like GLW, JDSU etc.

I do NOT have good bullish chart formations and I don't have enough good candles to say we are there yet but as I have been saying the last week or so, we are getting closer and closer. I am not putting my kids in yet if that gives any idea of my confidence level but I will not be shorting anything here either excepting maybe a couple standouts.

Anyway, that is the way I see it here. We are getting closer and I am going to start watching things real close, stop my shorts etc. I personally only have weekly signals but I don't have a lot of daily ones yet which tells me we are still a couple days away from the turn. We'll see. I haven't talked to Don in a few days since I was busy so we will have to compare notes and see if we are in sync or not and discuss the dangers, pros cons etc. AS he said, a negated set of signals would be a bad thing but hopefully we won't see that happen.

Good Luck,

Lee
