It means to me that RMBS relied heavily on NDA in marketing their technology, the NDA was signed in February of 1990, before they even filed their first patent. If RMBS relied on NDA for protection, Infineon surely could not use that information to develop their own products within two years to circumvent the technology they were disclosed, even if they could. Of course, you should really ask a lawyer. Whi knows, maybe the NDA does not have a "non use" clause. (g).
