Ted RE...Harry, what makes you think professors belong to the ABA? They are professors, not attorneys.<<<<<<<<<<<

What makes you think most college professors wouldn't have a back ground in law? I thought it would be a given.

I would have expected partisan behavior from the FL Sup.Ct., not from the USSC.><<<<<<<

What kind of statement is that. I wouldn't expect partisan behavior from either. If you believe the FL SC acted in a partisan fashion, then it would be the duty of the USSC to reverse their partisan decision. Why are you upset about that?

This issue is far from over...it will generate more controversy.<<<<<<<<<

True, but as long as the dems keep using that as an excuse, the dems will never do what it takes to win the next election. Most people don't give a damn about the past, they want to know what you will do in the future. So keep up the attitude, you are almost guaranteeing a GW victory.

....you think if you say that enough, it will legitimize the Bush presidency but it won't.<<<<<<<<

I got news for you. GW won the vote in the electoral college Dec 28 by one vote. If you have a link to show otherwise, please show it. You know this kind of whining is below you; and it is very un American to lose a vote, and then be a sore loser about it. Rally your troops and win the next one.
