We will see! Siemans signed NDA in 1990 with Rambus and then singled them out as a "deadly menace" to the industry and embarked on a policy of cherry picking their IP and converting it to a public standard. All they had to do was pay Rambus a licensing fee. But it seems it is more satisfying for them to steal. I am expecting additional charges against Infineon as well as sanctions against the company and its executives.
