OT. Just a quick comment about the article on organ donations. Years ago when doing research for the department of health I became aware of the fact that one organ transplant costs more than the wages of several public health nurses for a year. Yes the organ is "free" but most of us cannot afford the costs of having one installed (if we had to pay for it out of pocket). That is the limitation that ordinary people here in Canada don't think about with our free universal system. If everyone on the wait list received a transplant the system would be bankrupt
