Suggest you read Wall Street Journal's article on insider selling. It's a pretty good sign of what's coming usually. The insiders are smart people equipped with first-hand information about their own companies.

Remember that Mendoza is donating something like $30 million to Notre Dame to build
a business school, in his name. That donation is probably on a schedule over a period
of years, so that will probably explain some continued, scheduled, selling on his part.

I don't see anything historically different in insider selling so far.
