>>>Why not sell when oversold and buy back?>>>

Because when I buy the stock I'm not sure if it will reach an oversold position prior to heading south or just lying there dead for months. For this potion of capital, I don't want to make a series of buy and sell decisions - I want some capital in low risk/low maintenance positions.

The risk/reward looks OK to me. I'm not looking for big premiums as much as stocks which will not crater on me. I'm sure the premiums were phat on JDSU last year. -gg-
