Careful, I noticed that the big cap genome biotechs started taking a big hit recently. . . much of it in the past few days. So the brokerages may be wanting to dump shares and needed to kick up a few buyers. Genomes and other biotechs are still richly valued. And look at the hit that Amgen took yesterday. Why would a brokerage say that first tier biotechs would rebound first at the same time when those same stocks are getting slammed? After a while, the game becomes very clear.

Ever see the Seinfeld episode [Fox aired last night] where George Costanza says and does everything opposite from how he would normally act? He figured that his whole life has been a failure due to following his instincts. So what could it hurt to try doing the exact opposite of his instincts. No sooner he started, than the world began to accept him in ways he'd never before known. . .

That is what I think about whenever I hear analysts or journalists throw up bogus commentary, etc. I think about what the typical investor would instinctually do. Then I think about "opposite George".

Hope that helps some,

Rande Is

Yea, I heard that - unfortunately they didn't hammer the Biotechs enough already - today they are taking the dead bodies out and shooting them again just to make sure they are still dead

I bailed on my BBH from yesterday - no sense getting my hands too bloody with this falling knife - I thought we would get a bounce there today - but I was wrong - gonna wait now before reentering
