ValCom Obtains Firm Commitment from TNN for 'Ultimate Revenge' Reality-TV Show

VALENCIA, Calif., March 22 /PRNewswire/ -- ValCom, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: VCMI; Frankfurt XETRA: SE8) announced today that its
wholly owned subsidiary, Valencia Entertainment and Woody Fraser Productions
have received a firm commitment from TNN for 13 episodes of "Ultimate
Revenge," a half hour prime time hidden camera revenge show. This commitment
for the production and broadcasting of "Ultimate Revenge" will generate over
$2 million in revenues for the Company.
Valencia Entertainment and Woody Fraser Production will begin taping in
late March with a release date in August 2001. Kevin Kay at TNN anticipates,
that "Ultimate Revenge" will be marketed as a premiere show for the fall
season.
"Ultimate Revenge" is one of over half a dozen shows we expect to be
picked up by a major television network," comments Vince Vellardita, President
and CEO. ValCom sees this as a springboard for the company to launch its
numerous film and TV projects. "We are on target to hitting our anticipated
revenues of over $10 million for our Production Division and well on our way
towards the $25 million I expect for the company this year," states
Vellardita.
