Went back on his word on emissions controls

At least he is up front about it. A Clinton would try and explain how they really didn't change their position, they are just revising it bla bla..

Took away abortion privileges in sub standard countries

How? Because the US isn't paying for it anymore? Give me a break.

...It is the confidence in everything that has been undermined by a less than capable president.. hence this stock market debacle.

I suppose the stock market was peachy-kean up until January. Certainly Bush had more to do with this oil prices, the fed, etc. Whatever. And Clinton was responsible for balancing the budget (nevermind that whole government shutdown thing that gave Clinton a chance to have some fun under his desk)

IMO of course,
Brian

Clinton had a lot of trouble with emissions, also. :^)

You Dems should be happy W was elected, now you can blame the Reps for at least the next 4 years. Me, I'm pretty independent.....I can, and will, blame both parties. Align yourself too closely to either of them and you might as well as stick your head in the sand!

OT: Anyone think we're near the bottom?

Regards,

Knip

Suma, "thank you for your support" (credit to "Bartles & James Coolers" :-)

A day after my post, GWB disregarded all diplomatic channels and sent 50 Russian diplomats packing. The Russian reaction was nasty. This first time I had ever heard anyone refer to a U.S. President as "Childish".

"Mr. Lukin, the former envoy, recalling that President Reagan had expelled 80 Russian diplomats for spying in 1986, said: "One should remember that Reagan did it for the sake of turning Russia into more or less what Russia is now, and Russia now, with all of its unpleasant features, is basically a democratic country, a non-Communist country and a country that gets along with other democratic countries." He characterized the Bush administration actions as childish."

In two short months, GWB has PO'd the Koreans, the Chinese and now, the Russians. I can't wait for the GWB to piss off the Queen of England. Sorry ... that's scheduled for April ...
