Zeev, But the point is, those large corporations try and get away with murder, and often they can.

One way to characterize it, I guess. I recall dealing with large companies in the past that had Corporate Policies against signing any NDA's. With all the development going on, one division may have had no exposure to what other divisions had in the works. If you wanted to disclose anything it was at your risk. I also think those companies had a moral, if not legal obligation to recognize and respect valid IP that was disclosed. But they were large multi-nationals that not only had an image to protect in the marketplace, but were constantly under Government scrutiny.

As for the issues on this thread, as I've expressed month's ago, I hope that the litigants get what they honestly deserve. But with lawyers involved in those decisions, I'm not sure that will be the case. <VBG>
