I almost went long the QQQ's this morning but couldn't get up the nerve. Just shorting the DOW (diamonds) every morning on these silly ramp jobs on the futures. The NAS looks good in here, but I want to see some selling climax on the DOW. As long as we keep stair-stepping down on the DOW, it ain't over and I'll keep shorting. I think 9200 might give the DOW some support, but these ugly closes keep open the chance for a big collapse.

I think the paired trade might still work, but the best time was obviously when the DOW was higher. Where do you think the DOW might bounce (currently 9230)?
