A Message from the CEO of QBID FROM THE INSIDE March 22, 2001 First, my family and I would like to thank those of you who sent sympathy cards and e-mail to us at our time of need. I am deeply appreciative. CONGRATULATIONS. For all those shareholders who voluntarily participated in the business combination, we are now all one company. Triangle Multi-Media is poised to increase the awareness of corporate America about the gay dollar. We will serve the gay and lesbian community through Co-Media/Triangle Television Network by providing radio programming and developing television programming. Additionally, Triangle Multi-Media will be creating advertising for all gay media that will be directed at all corporate entities looking to advertise to the gay and lesbian community. We have been very busy developing programming, selling subscriptions and developing advertising for Co-Media/Triangle Television Network. Now that the business combination has formally closed, we can move forward on the completion of financials and filing the Form 10.
