I'm reading Allan's posts on the CFZ, in which he thinks the SOX may break to the downside in the next day or so. Since the SOX is such an important component of the Naz, a rollover won't bode well for the Naz.

I took some nice profits on OEX puts this morning, will continue to target the OEX and DIA puts for now.

Wanting to go long during a period where non-tech is a world of hurt is just gambling imo. Much safer to get on board when the general tide is rising.

NASDAQ has gone sideways since yesterday's open. The swings are contracting here so my preference would be to watch the coil to see which way it breaks. The more brave could fade a run to the top or buy a fall to the bottom. As you say, tight stop is a must.

Cheers.
