Unlimited calling (including long-distance) from your home region (I think this is the entire state) for $74.99.

Unlimited calling from your home region to your home region for $49.99. Long distance is 7 cents a minute.

I didnt think that Leap's business model would ever be rolled out in the Chicago land area. These types of calling plans could really speed the transition away from fixed lines. PrimeCo is a subsidiary of Verizon Wireless....
