This is down and it's pretty obvious to me why. There IP service is crap. Ever since they took over idirect.com the service has been down hill. They billed me for a years service after 6 mo. and took about a mo. and a half repaying. So far I have lost 5 days of service and they will not make good for it like idirect.com have done in the past. they have a bunch of kids in the srvice dept who don't know what they are doing and the head office is just plain rude. I'm now going through a spell of logging on and imediately getting bounced off 3 times within the first 5 min. When this contract is up, I'm out of here.
