Just found another neat target. No entry possible today, but once the downgrade is forgotten, it will provide a good entry in about a week or so:

ETM - Entercom Communications. Radio advertising, 35% in Seattle and Boston. Exploded on higher revs. due to dot com flood, which is obviously receding. Got to 3.0B market cap on 350M sales, but still at 1.5B market cap, and 35 PE. Seems a little steep for an economically sensitive stock going into a recession.

I think it'll bounce back to around $37, at which point it will make an incredible target.

12:12PM B of A lowers ETM to "buy" (ETM) by Michael Baron
Entrecom Communications (ETM) is off $7.15, or 18.1 percent, to $32.35, after Banc of America cut its rating on shares of the Bala Cynwyd, Pa., radio broadcasting firm to "buy" from "strong buy" and slashed estimates for 2001 and 2002. The firm said the call was based on valuation. Specifically, B of A said its research indicates Entercom may meet some difficulties in its larger markets. "Our independent research indicates that Seattle and Boston, market that comprise about 35 percent of Entrecom's revenue, could be weaker than former guidance suggested," the firm told clients in a research note.
