it is about time for those overvalued DOW stocks (IBM and HWP excluded!) to drop by at least 40-60%!! Interestingly you can just feel the panic and sadness in the eyes and voices of CNBC reporters and announcers as their beloved GE stock (the one and only stock they are allowed to hold through options given to them) drops!! I guess they now can feel how their viewers feel when Nasdaq was dropping!! Anyway, As the money moves out of Warren Buffet type of stocks they will be going into Nasdaq.

If there is not going to be sell off in Nasdaq tomorrow then next week we will see a huge rally taking place taking Nasdaq to perhaps 2200-2300 by the end of the week.

One interesting thing about bear market rallys is that shorts panic so horribly as they try to cover quickly while longs (those who trade stocks) being afraid of missing on a good rally to cover their losses start buying in panic mode. The combination of 2 fuels huge rallies. And since I personaly believe the bear market is over, this rally will set the stage for the biggest bull market of the history that will run for the next decade (at least)!

So much paranoia in the market right now and everyone expects a still huge sell off in the techs! And of course we all know what happens when everyone thinks and feels the same way! The market reacts just the opposite!
