In addition to my previous post. It seems that this week will be a complete wash and consolidation for the NASDAQ. It also seems that April 2, 2001 around 2:45: 3:45 pm may be the turning point for which to position for a possible short term rally. The risk outways the reward in owning any equities until Monday, April 2, 2001. Maintaining a 100% cash position is still the safest strategy. Monitoring CISCO and the semiconductor index seems to be the best instruments to gauge the true attitude and health of the market.
