LOL!! Don, the institute is lately great fun to read...the energy crisis has all the hallmarks of wanting to spin completely out of control at the earliest opportunity. now the regime is accusing the suppliers of price gouging to the tune of over 5 billion smackeroos...so in other words, a default is in the works. if i were a supplier, i'd turn off the tap right here and now, and demand an apology+prompt payment.
