I am saying you cannot define things at all. I think you misunderstood. What a surprise. You are the one defining things. Definitions of things beyond our ken are arbitrary (imo). So if you want to put a bunch of definitions on a system that (imo) defies definitions, you might as well keep the meaningless definitions to a minimum. But of course you don't have to. By using the example of the IRS you have proved my point- people care about definitions, they exist in human imaginations- do they have any meaning beyond that? Who knows? Doesn't seem likely.
