If we don't get that Last Blast news in the next few days or weeks, to cause sufficient capitulation and panic with techs, then I believe the low will be hit close to or on April 13th. But the market is increasingly becoming a better environment to bottom fish. . . .especially on the better techs that get oversold on news. However, today is shaping up in a very interesting way. . . especially with the VIX at record highs. But the Dow could either bottom out by mid-July or flounder straight through the summer and not see bottom until October. We should have a better idea as April earnings are unveiled. Rande Is
