Nathan, i'm not absolutely certain of course, but i believe it will mean that tomorrow is a high. i plan to play it that way, unless i see something that convinces me the scenario is wrong. (like e.g. heavy put buying, coupled with a big decline in the VIX). anyway, i'll keep the thread posted on my thoughts. generally speaking, i still think this is a good time for straddles. i went into this latest bout of volatility straddled, and it was definitely worth my while.
