Yogi - Would you agree that "the hardest thing to predict is the future" ?

BTW. I agree with your view of the next 20 years - Lots of up and down timing opportunities. By the end of the 20 year period, buy and hold investors will be frustrated and will become believers in market timing. Only problem will be their paradigm shift will be just in time for the start of the next Secular Bull Market.

The next twenty years in the market will probably be nothing like the last twenty, so we should not presume that all will always be alright if we just hold on forever...... That is not to say it will all be downhill, but let's be cautious and a bit more careful from now on....

Please cite one twenty year period where the market has not gone up.
