So that explains why you don't understate economics. What I can't see is how you can blame utilities for trying to pass on the cost of generating electricity when the costs of natural gas have gone up from 400-800%. Is it really a surprise that they refuse to generate or provide service? Is it any surprise that NV, WA, ID and UT are screaming that CA is dragging them down too because Clinton forced their companies to sell to CA? And will anyone be surprised when CA taxpayers ultimately foot the bill - and they will - only made many times larger by the acts of CA legislators and their feckless governor?
