the Biotech index looks like it'll come back to at least near 275 at this time. I wouldn't be in a hurry to buy biotechs right now..however Imnx at at 10-20 bucks i would start accumulating shrs.

Gene right now i'd stick with the the telecom, networking, Internet, and Semi's they're the one's that are really oversold.
