Hey, Benny! Welcome to the thread. I think these results and today's market activity represent a short term bottom on which to build. So you're not just a WGAT guy!
Good luck to the longs,
-Lk

ACTV didn't give us much info - looks like we're waiting for the K. Revenue was down 22% from the 3Q and 1.5% lower than the 2Q. 4Q was supposed to be the biggie. I'm assuming revenue was impacted by the change in value of the LWIRA warrants. Per their 9/30/2000 10Q: "Any change in estimated value attributable to shares that are both exercisable and are expected to become registered within one year will be recorded through increases or decreases in Other Comprehensive Income." I think the decline in value applies to 500,000 shares BWDIK. Anyone got a handle on the accounting treatment for this? In Q3, $904,954 was taken to income from deferred revenue for 1 quarter's amortization. LWIRA shares closed on 9/29/00 at $30.75. LWIRA shares closed at $7.69 on 12/30/00. Did we get hit this Q for a Q3 adjustment?
