A cautious bottom called on the NASDAQ this evening by Ralph Bloch, technical analyst with Raymond James on CNBC. He has been fairly accurate over the last year. Bloch compared the action on the NASDAQ to the retest of the lows during the September-October correction in 1998. The charts do have some similarity. He also took the unusual step of calling attention to a stock that he thinks is a good buy now: MU. For what it's worth..
