What are the historical odds of the INDU and NDX doing a V recovery vrs a traditional double bottom.

Interesting that AGAIN we are at the cusp of another turning point. As you mention AMAT and INTC are about to test their resistance points. Same with AMCC and SEBL. Perhaps some money can be made on the rally, but I would think one would have to be quick.

Any bets about whether or not these stocks can pull off a break out? I'm on the negative side.
